Welcome to our store. We are FALLEN HERO BRACELETS, a part of The Roberts Ridge Foundation. We are a Non-Profit Corporation. We make paracord/survival bracelets in honor of fallen heroes, soldiers and law enforcement officers and have been doing so since late 2009. We officially began our effort in early 2005. We offer over 1500 current bracelet designs, with many more COMING SOON. We are constantly updating our line of hero bracelets so please check back often to see our new additions. Our inventory also includes challenge coins, and pins, decals, T-Shirts, hats and patches. The Roberts Ridge Foundation is a Pararescue Organization that was established in honor of the seven heroes who gave their lives on Roberts Ridge in 2002. The foundation (established in 2005) works towards establishing scholarships for the children of soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan and to provide financial aid for medical procedures if needed (although we are a very small organization and still working towards our ultimate goals). We adopted the motto of the USAF Para-Rescue Jumper; "That Others May Live" in honor of Senior Airman Jason Cunningham, who gave his life on Roberts Ridge fighting to save the lives of others. Fallen Hero Bracelets is the effort to raise money for The Roberts Ridge Foundation, as well as 40 other veterans organizations in four countries. Our effort encompasses the effort or remembering all of those heroes we have lost, by offering items that honor them and memorialize them so that they may never be forgotten.
The Roberts Ridge Foundation has also established a service dog program (THOR'S HAMMER) geared towards veterans of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. Our effort hopes to help provide soldiers suffering from severe PTSD with trained service dogs that are able to achieve a multifaceted level of support for the soldiers they will serve, from small breed dogs (Miniature Schnauzer's) suited primarily for companionship and help with severe stress and anxiety to mid-range dogs (Wire-Haired Pointing Griffin's and the Belgian Malinois) suited not only for companionship and help with severe stress and anxiety but also capable of accompanying their handlers hunting and/or fishing (as well as other outdoor activities that may help soldiers to re-acclimate back to civilian life with a disability) to large-breed dogs (German Shepherd's and Giant Schnauzer's) suited for all activities from companionship to protection. We are working to establish this program in the State of Washington with hopes to expand to other locations in the coming years so that our returning soldiers impacted by the events of OIF and OEF will be able to find some semblance of normality while living with physical disabilities and mental and emotional disabilities. This project is still a work in progress but we are working diligently to establish a functioning program in which soldiers can access the resources which we can provide and supply in order to effectively mitigate the symptoms of PTSD that so definitively and negatively impact our fighting men and women.
The Benjamin Bracelet began as a simple representation of the bond between fathers and sons. These para-cord bracelets slowly grew into something much more profound. We began to design and weave bracelets in honor of Law Enforcement Officers killed in the Line of Duty. It was important for us to memorialize these fallen heroes, who were also in many cases fathers. This effort moved drastically in a pivotal direction, in regards to memorializing heroes and fathers. The Benjamin Foundation began a brief venture into memorializing fallen soldiers. This effort began simply by offering a bracelet for each branch of the military. It expanded from there, with specific requests for unit colors and the creation and design of several dozen bracelets in honor of specific military units, in honor of fallen soldiers and fathers and heroes all. Hours are spent going through casualty lists, trying to find a single soldier in a thousand, to dedicate a particular bracelet in their memory and their honor. We now offer several hundred designs, for US Units, UK Units, Australian Units, and Canadian and French Units. We are constantly designing, and redesigning our collection. We cannot remember every soldier, and every name, but while each bracelet made represents the memory of a single soldier, that memory does not diminish the sacrifices made by the thousands of fallen heroes left unnamed, nor does it dishonor their memory in any way. We encourage large orders, as well as small ones. As well as requests from family or friends, or even requests for specific unit designs, or for a dedication to a fallen soldier. We will do everything possible to create a new design in honor of that unit and that soldier and dedicate that bracelet forever in their honor and their memory. We also offer special edition bracelets, with a stainless steel shackle and unit insignia.
